Day-Of (Month-of) Coordination

If you have planned your wedding and want some assurance in handing off the details to someone else and enjoy your day, this is the package for you!  This coordination package starts 6 to 8 weeks prior to your wedding day; we gather all the details and vendor information that you have planned and begin communicating and acting as the new point of contact in hopes to alleviate some stress that typically increases in that last month of planning. 

Here are a few things included

 Pre-Wedding Planning: 

  • Initial consultation to discuss wedding details and vision (6 to 8 weeks prior to wedding)
  • Second consultation at the venue for final walk through (approximately 2 to 4 weeks prior to wedding); review and confirm floorplan
  • Create a timeline/itinerary for the wedding day and communicate to Bride, Groom, and all vendors.
  • Receive any miscellaneous items for ceremony & reception from Bride & Groom
  • Coordinate the ceremony rehearsal

Wedding Day Coordination:  

  • A planner and assistant(s) arrive 3 hours prior to start time and depart after celebration
  • Keep vendors and wedding party on schedule, according to the itinerary
  • Set-up any extra décor and miscellaneous items; Oversee vendor set-up
  • Provide cues during the ceremony and reception, according to the itinerary
  • Remove gifts, envelopes, and personal items from reception to designated person
  • Distribute tips to vendors, entertainers, etc.

Partial Planning

Maybe you have planned some of your wedding, but still want some help, or maybe you want some help with the design and decor details - this package can help you!  Our Partial Planning package includes all of our Day-Of Coordination Package and more, starting as early as you would like.  You choose which appointments you would like us to schedule and attend, assist with decor ideas, provide guidance on budget allocation, and a planning timeline to assist you with time management and planning organization!   

Here are a few things included

 Pre-Wedding Planning:

  • Schedule, coordinate, and attend up to 7 consultations or vendor meetings
  • Preparation and allocation of budget
  • Provide wedding planning timeline and maintain schedule for meetings, deadlines, and vendor payments
  • Review all contracts and invoices
  • Create a timeline/itinerary for the wedding day and communicate to Bride, Groom, and all vendors 
  • Confirm floor plan and assist with set-up logistics
  • Receive any miscellaneous items for ceremony & reception from Bride & Groom
  • Coordinate the ceremony rehearsal

Needing some help planning your wedding from start to finish?  We will hold your hand through the whole process - communicating with all of your vendors, scheduling and attending vendor appointments with you, assisting with budget, design/decor guidance and planning, handling all your stationary needs, and so much more!  This premium package allows you to sit back and enjoy your engagement and planning season!  

Here are a few things included

 Pre-Wedding Planning:

  • Unlimited consultations and vendor appointments
  • Budget preparation, allocation and management
  • Develop event design and color palette
  • Guest list management
  • Provide wedding planning timeline and maintain schedule for meetings deadlines, and vendor payments
  • Review all contracts and invoices
  • Review and confirm floor plan and assist with set-up logistics
  • Create a timeline/itinerary for the wedding day and communicate to Bride, Groom, and all vendors.
  • Assist with all stationery, including save the dates, invitations, menu cards, programs, place cards, and table numbers
  • Receive any miscellaneous items for ceremony & reception from Bride & Groom
  • Assist with planning and execution of ceremony rehearsal & rehearsal dinner

Wedding Day Coordination:

  • A planner and assistant(s) arrive 3 hours prior to start time and depart after celebration
  • Keep vendors and wedding party on schedule, according to the itinerary
  • Set-up any extra décor and miscellaneous items; Oversee vendor set-up
